• Lastly, if you are waiting for rates to drop…. please consider what will happen in the market when that happens. There will be a flood of buyers hitting the market. When that happens home prices will increase and finding homes will be very hard! New construction has slowed down and we could be even shorter on inventory than post Covid days. You can refinance your interest rate but not the price of your home. Home prices have still increased this year so we anticipate they will continue to do so. Waiting could actually end up costing you more. That is just my professional opinion that I encourage you to consider.
